1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Rocket Your Rank website (rocketyourrank.com) and any associated products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Rocket Your Rank is operated by Rocket Your Rank by MariFra Designs, based in Fuquay-Varina, NC, USA. Contact: frank@marifradesigns.com.
3. Products and orders
We sell physical NFC + QR review cards, stands, bundles, and associated setup services. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes. All sales are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. Because every item is custom-programmed and custom-branded for your business, we will not ask you to ship anything back. Keep the cards. We refund you and deactivate the redirect URLs printed on them. Manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge within the same window, or refunded instead if you would rather.
4. Redirect URL service
Every physical product ships pre-programmed with a unique redirect URL hosted at rocketyourrank.com/r/<your-shortcode>. We maintain this redirect at our cost as part of your one-time purchase. We reserve the right to modify the URL structure or redirect target if required for security or operational reasons, and we will give 30 days' notice for any change that affects existing customers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate another business; (c) program our products to redirect to harmful, deceptive, or adult content; or (d) attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other customers.
6. Account and data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome regarding number of reviews collected, search ranking improvements, or business growth. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
