How it works
From tap to 5-star review
A 60-second tour of NFC review cards, the redirect trick that makes ours different, and what happens from order to first review.
You order
Pick a product, give us your Google review link and logo at checkout. We program every card and stand with your unique redirect URL.
Customer taps
Place it on your counter, hand it out, or stick it on a receipt. One NFC tap or QR scan opens your Google review page instantly.
Reviews pour in
Track every tap from your dashboard. See which placements drive the most reviews. Update your link anytime — every card you own follows.
What NFC actually is
Near-Field Communication is a tiny passive chip — no battery, the size of a fingernail — embedded inside a PVC card or sticker. When a phone gets within ~2 centimeters, the chip wakes up, transmits its stored data, and the phone opens it. No app install, no scan, no setup.
Every iPhone from 2016 onward and virtually every modern Android has NFC built in. On iPhone it's always on. On Android, most users have it enabled by default; if not, the printed QR code on every card and stand works as a one-scan backup.
The redirect trick — why ours don't go stale
Most NFC review cards encode your Google review URL directly on the chip. That works — until you change your Google Business Profile, move locations, or want to switch what the card links to. Then every card you own is dead weight.
Rocket Your Rank cards encode a short URL we control:rocketyourrank.com/r/your-shortcode. When a customer taps, that URL hits our server, which looks up your current Google review link in our database and redirects in about 200ms. To the customer it feels instant.
Why it matters: you change your Google review link in your dashboard, and every card and stand you've ever bought updates automatically. No reprinting. No reprogramming. No reshipping.
What you get in your dashboard
When your order ships, you get login credentials for your client dashboard. From there you can:
- Update your Google review link anytime
- Download high-res QR code files for printing on menus, receipts, table tents
- Track tap and scan counts per product, with daily/weekly/monthly trend charts
- Order more cards or stands without re-entering your business details
